Philippe's practice focuses mainly on business law and intellectual property. He previously worked in those fields at renowned global and local firms. He's also had operational experience in a Montreal-based start-up where he acted as COO. Philippe holds a bachelor of civil law from the University of Sherbrooke where he earned the McCarthy Tétrault Leadership Award. He also holds a bachelor's degree in finance from HEC Montréal, was a level III CFA Candidate, and studied law and finance abroad, at the Catholic University of Lyon (France) and Harvard University (USA). In his spare time, Philippe volunteers to help local start-ups with their strategies and can usually be found outside preparing for his next triathlon.
Jean-Philippe's practice focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation. Prior to founding and operating his own law firm for almost two years, Jean-Philippe was in-house counsel for a Montreal industrial construction company. He has pleaded before all of Quebec's judicial courts, including the Court of Appeal, Superior Court, Quebec Court, as well as before numerous administrative tribunals for more than a hundred client files. Jean-Philippe holds a bachelor of civil from the University of Sherbrooke articled with the Department of Legal Affairs of the Société d'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ). A sports enthusiast, he referees on his spare time in a minor hockey league. Jean-Philippe is also quite involved in the local community and is a member of the Board of directors of the Caisse populaire of St-Henri and Ville-Emard.
Mai’s practice focuses primarily on intellectual property and corporate law. She had previously worked in those fields in renowned firms in Montreal and in Toronto. Mai has gained experience in the business and start-up world when she co-founded ARMORI STEELE in 2014, a company specialized in luxury sporting artwork. Mai holds a degree in both civil law and common law from the University of Ottawa, where she developed a strong interest in intellectual property. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in biopharmaceutical sciences from the University of Ottawa, where she was involved in breast cancer research. Mai is a dog lover who enjoys developing photography and videography skills in her spare time.
